HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

First of all, we would like to thank you for your interest in and use of our products. We appreciate that and are also the motivation for us to try to bring the best products to our customers. 

You can carry out the following steps to complete your order:

Step 1: Choose your style on the product page

Step 2: Adjust the quantity of product

Step 3: Click the “Add To Cart” button

Step 4: Process payment and apply a discount code (if you have) to complete purchasing

Step 5: Receive your confirmation email/message when your order is successful

WHAT ABOUT CUSTOMS?
We are not responsible for any customs fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get customs fees when they arrive at your country.

TRACKING INFORMATION
You will receive an email once your order ships that contain your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 15 business days, please contact us.

If you attempt to track your package and there is no information available that just means the carrier has not processed your parcel yet. When the parcel is scanned into the system, tracking events will populate on the tracking page.

If it is over your estimated arrival date, please contact us, and we can take care of this for you.

WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

WILL I BE CHARGED VAT TAXES?
Items shipping internationally from the US are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) and we do not collect VAT (Value Added Taxes). All taxes, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package. Depending on the receiving country, your package may incur local customs or VAT charges. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information regarding your country's customs policies.

MY TRACKING NUMBER ISN'T WORKING?

Tracking numbers can take 1-2 days to appear in the shipping carrier's system. Occasionally, the shipping carrier can lose an order. If the tracking number is still not working within a few days, please contact the shipping carrier.

HOW SECURE IS MY PERSONAL INFORMATION?
Nobinlux Store adheres to the highest industry standards to protect your personal information when you checkout and purchase from our online store.

Your credit card information is encrypted during transmission using secure socket layer (SSL) technology, which is widely used on the Internet for processing payments. Your credit card information is only used to complete the requested transaction and is not subsequently stored.

CAN I EDIT AN ORDER I JUST PLACED?
We can usually adjust an order up to 5 hours after it has been placed. Send an email as soon as you realize a change needs to be made to support@nobinlux.com. Someone will get back to you within 24 - 48 hours (excluding weekends) and let you know if the change can be made. There is no guarantee that we will be able to make the change, but we can always facilitate an exchange once you get your order.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
If you email us within 24 hours of placing your order there may be a chance we can cancel it.
